Chelsea keep title hopes alive

The English Premier League title will be decided on the final day of the season after Chelsea beat Newcastle 2-0. The Blues are level with Manchester United at the top of the table, but United have a much better goal difference.

Chelsea manager Avram Grant believes whatever happens Chelsea can be proud of what they've achieved, while Skipper John Terry hopes United will stumble in their last match against Wigan.
